At Safelite, we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely using trusted delivery partners.

Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped via NZ Post using a tracked service.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • North Island: 1–2 business days
  • South Island: 2–3 business days
  • Rural deliveries: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on location and courier volumes.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Safelite is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can assist.
